Filling in the cupcakes is just like icing on the cake. Both added a nice flavor and can take a treat to the next level.
1. Insert the knife into a cooled cupcake at an angle, halfway between the center and the outside edge.
The idea here is to cut a circular cone of cake.
2. Add the filling using a spoon, and spread a little into the cupcake.
3. Return the cover (the cone shape that you cut), slightly press onto it.
