Making a jelly roll or cream roll (when so filled) is simple yet challenging in a way that you need to prevent the cracks while rolling them. Here are some steps that I wanna share to all of you.
1. Prepare all the utensils and ingredients that you will need. Using a stand mixer beat the eggs and sugar until it leaves a trail when beater is lifted.

2. Sift again the dry ingredients into the mixture little by little and gently fold.

3. Put 1 cup of the batter into the melted butter and gently fold, before adding to the remaining batter in the mixing bowl. Add them little by little, so that the batter will lighten.

4. When the batter is well blended enough, pour into the prepared baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven and set your alarm for about 10-12 minutes.
