Milk Gelato

This milk gelato is good for dessert.

Ingredients:

1 pouch white gelatin powder (unflavored)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
1 1/2 water
raisins (optional)

Procedures:

1. Pour the gelatin powder and sugar in the skillet with milk and water. Bring to boil,while stirring.
2. Sprinkle the raisins in the molder and pour the mixture onto a heart molder. Let cool completely and put inside the refrigerator.
3. Unmold and serve.
